During my internship at Sumitomo, I worked in the Assembly Improvement department, focusing on production line enhancements and target achievement. My role involved analyzing production processes and identifying challenges faced by workers to improve efficiency and ensure the production line met its targets. I also managed data files using Microsoft Excel and Word for meeting records and documentation. After conducting process analysis, I presented my findings in meetings with the production management team to discuss potential improvements. This was a continuous process, with daily tasks and monthly schedules aimed at optimizing production workflow and efficiency.
